About us.
Asbestos Survey Swindon carries out asbestos surveys for homes, landlords and workplaces across Swindon and the surrounding SN postcodes. We find the materials that could contain asbestos, have samples analysed, and set it all out in a written report you can act on.
How we work.
Three things we hold to on every survey, from a single sample to a whole building.
Price and scope in writing first
Before anyone visits, not after.
Nothing quietly skipped
Any area we can’t reach is named in the report.
No pressure on removal
We tell you what can safely stay.
We survey and report. We don't remove asbestos.
If something needs removing, sealing or repairing, the report says which level of contractor is allowed to do it, so you can get the right quotes.
